Brijbhushan Sharan Singh gets big relief, POCSO Act case closed

New Delhi: Former BJP MP Brijbhushan Sharan Singh has got a big relief from the Patiala House Court in the sexual harassment case. The court has accepted the closure report of Delhi Police on the allegations made by the minor female wrestler, after which the case registered under the POCSO Act has been terminated.

Reacting to this matter, Brijbhushan’s son and MLA Prateek Bhushan Singh wrote on Twitter – ‘We have achieved judicial victory in a false and fabricated case. Every factless allegation is now being shattered in the dock of justice. This is the victory of truth and this victory will continue in future as well.’

Let us tell you that Brijbhushan Sharan Singh was accused of sexual harassment by female wrestlers, one of the complainants was a minor. Now the closure of the case related to POCSO Act by the court is being considered a big relief for him legally and politically.
