Helicopter crashes in the forests of Gaurikund near Kedarnath, 7 people including the pilot die

Dehradun: A helicopter of Aryan Aviation flying from Kedarnath Dham to Guptkashi in Uttarakhand has crashed in the forests of Gaurikund. There were 7 passengers including the pilot in the helicopter, including a girl. According to the information, everyone has died in the accident. This helicopter was returning to Guptkashi with passengers from Kedarnath Dham.

According to the information, today at around 05:17 am, the helicopter of Aryan Company took off from Kedarnath helipad for Guptkashi with 6 devotees and the pilot. Due to bad weather on the way, the helicopter has been reported to be damaged due to hard landing at another place. In this accident, 7 people including the pilot have died, who have been identified as Rajveer (pilot), Vikram Rawat, Vinod, Trishti Singh, Rajkumar, Shraddha and Rashi (age 10 years).

Bad weather is being said to be the reason behind the accident. Due to dense fog and strong winds in Kedarghati, the helicopter went astray. After this, the helicopter lost contact and it is reported to have crashed in the forests of Gaurikund. As soon as the information about the incident was received, the rescue team left for the spot. At present, the weather is bad in Kedarghati.
