Indore: Al-Falah University Chairman Javed Siddiqui’s house in Mhow will be demolished, declared illegal.

November 20, 2025

Indore. The troubles of Al-Falah University Chairman Javed Ahmed Siddiqui continue unabated. The Mhow Cantonment Board in Madhya Pradesh has taken significant action, declaring a residential property registered in the name of Javed Ahmed Siddiqui’s family as illegal. The Board has posted a notice on the house, directing demolition of the illegal portion within three days. The Board has also warned that if the instructions are not followed, the expenses incurred will be recovered from the parties.

House number 1371, located in survey number 245/1245 in Mukeri Mohalla, Mhow, is registered in the name of the late Maulana Hammad (Javed Ahmed Siddiqui’s father). This three-story house, built on an area of approximately 860 square feet, also has an illegal basement.

Cantonment Engineer H.S. Kaloya said, “We have issued a notice to the house of the late Maulana Hammad, father of Javed Ahmed Siddiqui. According to the notice, the department had previously issued several letters in 1996 and 1997 under relevant sections of the Cantonment Act, 1924, directing the demolition of the unauthorized construction.”

Several notices have been issued
He added, “However, despite repeated notices, the alleged construction has not been removed. The new notice directs the current residents or legal heirs of the property to remove the unauthorized structure within three days.”

“If the directive is not followed…”
The official stated that if the directive is not followed, the Cantonment Board will initiate eviction proceedings and recover the costs incurred from the concerned party as per the provisions of the Cantonment Act.

Haryana: Left Mhow 25 Years Ago
According to reports, Javed Ahmed Siddiqui’s entire family, including Javed Ahmed Siddiqui, left Mhow about 25 years ago and relocated to Faridabad, Haryana. Despite this, some people remain living in the house, and notices have been served to them.

It is noteworthy that Javed Siddiqui’s brother, Hamood Ahmed Siddiqui, was recently arrested by the Madhya Pradesh Police in Hyderabad in connection with a 25-year-old major financial scam in Mhow.

Investigative agencies are closely monitoring Al-Falah University in the Delhi Red Fort blast case. The university is considered the epicenter of the investigation after several suspects, including the main accused, Dr. Umar Un Nabi, were directly linked to the institution. Investigators are examining the institution’s student records, funding sources, foreign transactions, and suspicious activities.

Since the matter is extremely sensitive, the local administration and the Cantonment Board have made elaborate security arrangements. Bulldozers are likely to be used on the house in the next few days.
