MP: Bribe being taken for Anganwadi recruitment, minister surrounded his own government

Bhopal. Madhya Pradesh government’s Scheduled Caste Welfare Minister Nagar Singh Chauhan has made serious allegations against another department of his own government. He has posted a video of his statement on social media and alleged that recruitment is going on for the posts of Anganwadi worker and assistant under the Women and Child Development Department, but some people are luring people to get jobs by taking money, which people should avoid. After the allegations came to light from a minister, Congress has now attacked the BJP-ruled government.

Recruitment going on for 19,500 Anganwadi worker posts
Actually, the recruitment process is going on for 19,500 Anganwadi worker and assistant posts by the Women and Child Development Department in Madhya Pradesh. Regarding this, Cabinet Minister of Madhya Pradesh Government Nagar Singh Chauhan has released a video and said that ‘These things are coming to the fore in Alirajpur district and many people are roaming around for brokerage.’

He said, ‘I feel that somewhere the officers and employees of the department are also involved. It is being said that I will get you appointed in Anganwadi recruitment, so give me this much amount. I am also getting these complaints in large numbers. I want to request all the applicant sisters and daughters that there is no need to give a single penny to anyone. The one who has good marks will be given Anganwadi appointment.’

Congress surrounded the BJP government
Congress has surrounded the BJP government of the state on the allegations made by the Cabinet Minister. Leader of Opposition in the Assembly Umang Singhar has said that now even the ministers of the BJP government themselves are admitting that bargaining is taking place in Anganwadi recruitments in the state.

Minister Nagar Singh Chauhan himself admitted that brokers and government employees are claiming to get appointments by taking money. It is shameful that the situation is the same in the neighbouring district of Nirmala Bhuria, the minister of Women and Child Development Department. Recruitment is being done for 19,504 posts in MP, which includes 2,027 Anganwadi workers and 17,477 assistant posts. If this is the situation in Alirajpur, then the same must be happening in other districts as well.
