MP: Mohan Yadav government to investigate its own minister, accused of Rs 1000 crore scam

Bhopal. Mohan Yadav Government of Madhya Pradesh is going to investigate one of its own ministers. The reason for the investigation is the allegation of scam on their tribal minister. The amount of this scam is Rs 1000 crore, due to which this issue is in the headlines everywhere. In this case, Chief Engineer Sanjay Andhvan has given orders for investigation after a complaint was made to the PM and a report was sought by the Center.

The name of the minister of Mohan government who has been accused of scam is Sampatiya Uikey. He is a tribal minister. This complaint has been made by former MLA Kishore Samarite. He had alleged that Uikey has taken a bribe of about Rs 1000 crore in the Jal Jeevan Mission scheme run by the central government.

After this, the Chief Engineer’s Office has written a letter to the concerned departments in this matter and ordered them to submit the report within seven days. In this order, orders have been given to investigate the expenditure of Rs 30 thousand crore given to the Jal Jeevan Mission of the state. Sampatiya Uike has been a member of Rajya Sabha from 2017 to 2022. She has also become an MLA from Mandla seat of Madhya Pradesh in the year 2023. She has also been made the PHE Minister in Mohan Yadav’s cabinet from December 2023.

MP Congress has also tweeted in this matter. Congress wrote – Jal Jeevan Mission became a “mission of loot”. Mohan government is busy in whitewashing the allegations against the minister of taking commission of 1 thousand crore in contracts worth 30 thousand crores! Mohan government has set out to become a “Vishwaguru” in corruption! They did not even spare the drinking water of the people, instead of taps, they laid pipelines of notes! If BJP is innocent, then why does it not get it investigated by an independent agency? Otherwise it is clear that everyone from top to bottom is involved in this scam!
