Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi made it clear in the conversation with President Donald Trump that during this entire incident, at no time, at any level, neither the India-US trade agreement was discussed nor the issue of any kind of mediation between India and Pakistan was raised. According to the information, Trump requested PM Modi that if he passes through America while returning from Canada, then they can meet. But due to pre-scheduled programs, PM Modi expressed his inability in this.
