New Delhi: US President Donald Trump’s tariff war has completely changed the equation of the world. On one hand, America has imposed a huge tariff on India for buying crude oil from Russia, but it is silent on China which is buying the most oil from Russia. Meanwhile, China has taken America to task.

China’s Ambassador to India, Shu Feihong, calling America a bully, said that America was benefiting from free trade for a long time, but now it is using this tariff as a bargaining chip.

He said that America has imposed a tariff of up to 50 percent on India and China strongly opposes it. He said that silence on this huge tariff imposed on India will only strengthen the bullies. In such a situation, China stands firmly with India.

On opening the Chinese market for Indian goods, Fehong said that there has been tremendous growth in the sale of goods to each other’s country between the two countries. We welcome the sale of more and more Indian goods in the Chinese market. India is competitive in the field of IT, software and biomedicine, while China is continuously expanding in the field of electronic manufacturing, infrastructure and new energy.

He said that we want Indian businessmen to invest more and more in China. Along with this, Chinese businessmen should also get a good environment for investing in India.
