A cow was made to wear an Islamic cap and a video was made, which read, “Fun after Sehri.”

Guna: The actions of minor boys in Guna caused a major uproar. Muslim boys placed an Islamic cap on a cow’s head and made the video viral. The minor boys also wrote the message, “Fun after Sehri.”

As soon as the video went viral, cow protectors expressed their displeasure, following which an FIR was filed against two minor Muslim boys at the Cantt police station.

A case has been registered against the two minor boys for hurting religious sentiments. The boys committed the act without any reason. When a case was filed against the Muslim boys based on a complaint from cow protectors, the mother of one of the boys arrived at the police station and agreed to apologize.

She explained that the children were still studying and an FIR would ruin their careers. However, the cow protectors remained unconvinced and filed a case against both.

The cow protectors stated that the cow is our deity, and the way the cow was mocked by making the cow wear an Islamic cap is a condemnable and despicable act. A video related to the incident went viral, hurting our religious sentiments. Therefore, we went to the police station and filed an FIR.

Police Superintendent Ankit Soni stated that the case was registered based on the viral video. Strict action will be taken against any communal incidents.

It should be noted that Bhopal Congress MLA Atif Aqeel has recommended granting the cow the status of national animal, but in Guna, Muslim boys tried to escalate the controversy by dressing a cow in an Islamic cap.
