Till now the employees were getting allowances as per the 6th Pay Commission, which was decided in the year 2010, since then this allowance has been available for 13 years. Like the transport allowance was only Rs 200 till now, then only Rs 106 per week was given for petrol, whereas there has been a lot of changes in both. But now the government has given this big relief to the employees in the budget.
