Famous TV actor dies, found dead in flat

Mumbai: TV and Marathi film actor Yogesh Mahajan has died suddenly. The actor has said goodbye to the world at the age of 44. He was found dead in his Umergaon flat. His sudden demise has caused a wave of mourning among his family and close ones. Yogesh Mahajan died tragically on January 19 due to sudden cardiac arrest.

Only after being taken to the hospital, the doctors confirmed his death. Now the actor’s last rites will be performed on January 20, 2025 at Gorari-2 crematorium near Pragati High School in Borivali West, Mumbai. His co-actress Suzanne Bernert has expressed grief over the death of Yogesh Mahajan while talking to ETimes.

She said- ‘I can’t believe it. Such a wonderful person and actor. We had deep scenes but it was a lot of fun off camera. He was always positive and I am shocked to hear the news sitting idle. Many times we travelled in his car and had deep conversations. I am sad that we lost touch during work, but it is normal to go from one project to another, but the impact of the relationship remains. I am very sorry for my friend’s family.’

Let us tell you that Yogesh was married, his family consists of his wife and his seven-year-old son, whose pictures he has shared on his social media. Yogesh Mahajan was currently seen in the TV show Shiv Shakti Tap Tyag Tandav. Apart from this, he has worked in shows like Adalat, Jai Shri Krishna, Chakravarti Ashok Samrat and Devon Ke Dev Mahadev. Yogesh Mahajan is a well-known name in the Marathi industry. He gained a lot of fame by working in Marathi films like Mumbaiche Shahane and Samsarachi Maya.
