Jammu and Kashmir rocked by 4.6 magnitude earthquake, people in panic; tremors also felt in Pakistan

Kashmir: Strong tremors of an earthquake were felt in Jammu and Kashmir. The earthquake, which occurred around 5:35 AM, measured 4.6 on the Richter scale.
