Liquor shops will be locked, Mohan Yadav made a big announcement

Bhopal: CM Mohan Yadav had talked about prohibition of liquor at religious places in Madhya Pradesh, which has been formally announced by the Chief Minister today, he told that liquor ban will be completely implemented at 17 religious places coming in 11 districts of Madhya Pradesh, all the liquor shops here will be closed. In such a situation, now all the liquor shops in these religious towns will be locked. CM Mohan Yadav has made this announcement in Narsinghpur district.

CM Mohan Yadav has announced liquor ban in 17 religious towns of the state in Narsinghpur district today. Although he had given information about this earlier. But now preparations have been made by the Madhya Pradesh government for this. It is believed that the administration of the districts in whose cities this liquor ban is to be done will be sent an order by the government and the licensed liquor shops here will be closed.


Let us tell you that these places have been declared religious towns during the tenure of different Chief Ministers of Madhya Pradesh. Cabinet meetings have been held here many times. Being a religious city, a large number of devotees reach here every day, due to which the demand for liquor ban has been raised here many times before. Saints and Mahatmas had also demanded liquor ban here, in such a situation, the Madhya Pradesh government has taken a big decision and announced liquor ban.

It is being told that in the budget session to be held in March, the provision of amendment in the excise policy can be passed regarding the 17 cities in which the government wants to ban liquor, because the new financial year will start from April 1, in such a situation, the draft of liquor ban in these cities will be prepared in advance and implemented. At present, after the announcement of CM Mohan, it is decided that now there will be liquor ban in 17 religious places coming in 11 districts of the state.
