Madhya Pradesh’s economy will double in 5 years…CM Mohan Yadav’s announcement

Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has made several important announcements to make the state developed and self-reliant. He said that Madhya Pradesh’s capital Bhopal is one of the cleanest capitals in the country and the government is working rapidly towards developing it further.

The CM said that a target has been set to double the state’s economy in the coming five years. For this, a comprehensive roadmap has been prepared to attract investors. He said, “We have come up with 18 new policies, which will be inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.” He further said that earlier Bhopal was known for the gas tragedy, but now it will also be known for industries.


The Chief Minister said that the government is making continuous efforts to increase investment in the state. To provide a favorable environment to the investors, 6 new industrial areas will be developed and the foundation stone of 20 new industrial parks will be laid. He said, “We are making 2025 the year of promoting industry and employment. There are immense possibilities for investors in the state.”

Highlighting the achievements of the state in the field of power generation, CM Mohan Yadav said that “Madhya Pradesh is a surplus state and there is no shortage of electricity here.” Describing the immense possibilities in the field of tourism as well, he said that the state is shaping a better approach in various fields, which will give more boost to tourism.

Appreciating the policies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the CM said that “under his leadership, the country’s economic progress is happening rapidly. The PM’s vision is opening new doors of prosperity, which is also benefiting Madhya Pradesh.” The government is committed to take Madhya Pradesh to new heights in the field of investment, industry, power and tourism. The Chief Minister expressed confidence that with the successful implementation of these schemes, the state will emerge as a developed and prosperous state.

Earlier, on Prime Minister Modi’s arrival at the Global Investors Summit being held for the first time in Bhopal, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav greeted him by presenting Ang Vastra. The Chief Minister expressed his gratitude by presenting a picture of Mahakal Temple made from Bhopal’s famous Zari Zardozi art as a souvenir.
