Major Accident in MP: Pickup Truck Carrying Laborers Collides Violently with Truck; 5 Dead, 20 Injured

Chhindwara: A major road accident has occurred on the Chhindwara-Betul National Highway in Madhya Pradesh. A pickup vehicle collided violently with a truck, leaving the pickup completely mangled. Five laborers have died, and 20 others have sustained injuries. The injured have been brought to the Chhindwara District Hospital for treatment.

Medical treatment is underway; some laborers have sustained serious injuries. The scene of the accident is harrowing, and chaos erupted immediately after the crash. A district administration team is engaged in relief and rescue operations, and arrangements for proper medical care are being made.

Chhindwara District Hospital Civil Surgeon Sushil Dubey confirmed five deaths and reported that 20 laborers were injured. The deceased include three women and two men. One of the deceased was from Machhera village, while the identities of the other four have not yet been confirmed. Surgeries are currently in progress for three individuals, and one critically injured patient is being referred to Nagpur.
