According to a source of Nepal Press, due to his not responding, the discussion focused on other potential candidates, in which former Chief Justice Sushila Karki got the most support.

Sushil Karki’s name was proposed by Gen-Z members for the post of Prime Minister, they had demanded 1000 written letters of support. According to sources, he has received support from more than 2500 people.

Interestingly, a famous YouTuber named Random Nepali has also received a lot of votes, but he made it clear that he will be ready for the post of Prime Minister only if no other candidate agrees to this post.

Who is Sushila Karki?
Sushila Karki is a 72-year-old former Chief Justice of Nepal. She created history in 2016 by becoming the first female Chief Justice of Nepal. She was appointed by the then President Vidya Devi Bhandari, based on the recommendation of the Constitutional Council led by then Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli. This was considered an important milestone in the judicial and gender history of Nepal. Sushila Karki worked as a teacher before joining the judiciary.
