New Delhi: After the US tariffs, there has been a stir at the global level. PM Modi has reached China on a two-day visit on Saturday. Here PM Modi will attend the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) summit held in Tianjin. Earlier PM Modi had visited China 7 years ago. During this, PM Modi will meet Chinese President Xi Jinping twice bilaterally. PM Modi last visited China in June 2018 to attend the SCO summit.
Chinese President Xi Jinping visited India for the second informal summit in October 2019. This visit of PM Modi is more special and important because some distances between India and America are seen increasing due to US tariffs. Russian President Putin will also attend the summit held in China. A bilateral meeting is being told between PM Modi and Putin on Monday.
Let us tell you that in the year 2020, there was a clash between the armies of India and China in the Galwan Valley. Since then, there has been no positive dialogue between the two countries. The summit is the first occasion where there will be a bilateral meeting between PM Modi and the Chinese President after the Galwan dispute.
Odissi dancers and Kathak dancers have welcomed PM Modi in Tianjin, China. An Odissi dancer said that I was a little nervous, but it is a matter of great honor for me and my team. I have learned Odissi for more than 13 years. We practiced and performed it for two months.
