The directive, issued on January 31, instructs all MLAs to be present in the national capital before 2 PM on February 2, although many MLAs are expected to depart on February 1.

Sharda Devi, while BJP’s Northeast coordinator Sambit Patra personally contacted the MLAs, instructing them to reach Delhi by 2 PM on February 2.
