Palash clarifies the allegations of financial fraud

In his post, he writes, “In light of the allegations made on social media by Vigyan Mane, a resident of Sangli, I want to clarify that these claims against me are completely baseless and factually incorrect.” These allegations have been made with the intention of tarnishing my image. They will not be ignored. My lawyer, Shreyansh Mithare, is exploring all legal avenues, and this matter will be dealt with through appropriate legal channels.’

What is the money fraud case?
A few days ago, Vigyan Mane filed a complaint with the police in the Sangli district of Maharashtra. He has accused Palash of defrauding him of Rs 40 lakh. No FIR has been registered in this case yet. Vigyan is a childhood friend of Indian women’s cricketer Smriti Mandhana. Vigyan, a film financier by profession, was introduced to Palash by Smriti Mandhana’s father, Srinivas Mandhana. However, later, Palash and Smriti’s marriage was called off. After this, music composer Palash allegedly ignored Vigyan Mane and did not return his invested money. This is Vigyan Mane’s accusation.

Why did Palash and Smriti’s marriage break down?
Towards the end of last year, the marriage of cricketer Smriti Mandhana and composer Palash Muchhal was widely discussed in the media.
