Bhopal Lokayukta SP Durgesh Rathore Removed; 3 IPS Officers Transferred

Bhopal: A major administrative reshuffle has been carried out within the Madhya Pradesh Lokayukta Organization. Durgesh Kumar Rathore, the Lokayukta Superintendent of Police (SP) posted in the Bhopal division, has been removed from his current position and transferred to the Sagar division. Sunil Patidar, the SP currently posted in the Rewa division, has been entrusted with the responsibility of the Bhopal Lokayukta SP in his place.

The order was issued by Yogesh Deshmukh, Director General of the Lokayukta Organization. The directive instructs the concerned officers to assume charge at their new postings until further orders. According to the order, Durgesh Kumar Rathore has been appointed as the Lokayukta SP for the Sagar division.

Meanwhile, Yogeshwar Sharma, who was posted in the Sagar division, has been transferred to the Rewa division. Sunil Patidar, the SP of the Rewa division, has been assigned the responsibility for the Bhopal division. These transfer orders were issued following the viral circulation of a video showing alleged financial dealings involving police personnel attached to the Bhopal Lokayukta. Prior to this, the services of two DSPs had also been returned to the Police Department from the Lokayukta Organization.
