
Gwalior: A state-level program, ‘Abhyuday Madhya Pradesh Growth Summit: Investment for Employment’, is being held at the Mela Ground in Gwalior on the occasion of the 101st birth anniversary of former Prime Minister Bharat Ratna Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah and Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav began the program by paying floral tributes to a portrait of Atal Ji. On this occasion, they also inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for industrial projects worth approximately Rs 2 lakh crore. These projects are expected to create about 1.93 lakh job opportunities in the state.
During the summit, Home Minister Amit Shah inaugurated the Gwalior Fair and also dedicated the renovated Atal Museum to the public. According to officials, about 25,000 beneficiaries and thousands of entrepreneurs and investors are participating in the summit. The objective of this program is to promote investment in the state and give a new direction to industrial development.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav, Union Communications Minister Jyotiraditya Scindia, Assembly Speaker Narendra Singh Tomar, State BJP President Hemant Khandelwal, and several other senior ministers and public representatives were present at the event.
Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav said that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Madhya Pradesh government is making a significant contribution towards achieving the goal of a developed India and making the country the world’s third-largest economy.
According to the state government, this Growth Summit is not limited to investment proposals and industrial announcements, but presents a comprehensive vision for simultaneously advancing industry, urban development, tourism, MSMEs, startups, and employment. Through the summit, Madhya Pradesh’s development model is being presented to the country and the world with a new and comprehensive perspective.
