
Mumbai: Following the shooting incident at filmmaker Rohit Shetty’s home, Bollywood actor Ranveer Singh received a threatening message. The message was sent via a WhatsApp voice note, demanding crores of rupees. Following the threat, the Mumbai Police were informed of the threat, and security was increased outside Ranveer Singh’s home.
The police are searching for the sender of the threatening voice note. The Mumbai Police Crime Branch is investigating the matter. However, no formal complaint has been filed by Ranveer Singh’s team or him yet.
Firing outside Rohit Shetty’s home
It should be noted that firing occurred at Rohit Shetty’s home at midnight on January 31st. Five rounds of firing occurred outside his home. No one was injured in the firing. The Mumbai Police is investigating the matter. So far, five accused have been arrested in this case. An investigation by the Mumbai Crime Branch has revealed that the arrested weapon supplier, Asaram Fasale, had been working for the Bishnoi gang for the past four years under the guise of a garage mechanic.
Firing also took place outside Salman Khan’s house
Earlier, firing also took place at actor Salman Khan’s house. This firing was carried out by the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. Ranveer Singh is also in the news these days for his work. He appeared in the film Dhurandhar, in which he played Hamza, an Indian spy. The film was directed by Aditya Dhar. The film achieved record-breaking box office collections. Recent reports suggested that Ranveer Singh’s sudden exit from Don 3 resulted in the film being shelved, resulting in significant losses for the studio. Excel Entertainment has demanded ₹40 crore from Ranveer as compensation. However, Ranveer says he is not responsible for paying any money to the production house.
