
Prayagraj: A massive fire broke out in Sector-5 of the Magh Mela area in Prayagraj. The fire started in the Narayan Shukla Dham camp. Fire brigade teams are working to extinguish the flames. Tents and other belongings have been reduced to ashes. It is reported that more than 50 people were present in the camp at the time of the incident. They quickly evacuated, preventing a major tragedy. The fire brigade team is currently engaged in rescue operations. Fifteen tents in the camp were destroyed by the fire.
Fire Breaks Out at Narayan Shukla Dham Camp
Panic spread in the Magh Mela area on Tuesday when a massive fire broke out in the Narayan Shukla Dham camp in Sector-5. The Narayan Shukla Dham camp had 15 tents, housing approximately 50 devotees. Upon seeing the fire, everyone quickly evacuated. Upon receiving the information, the fire brigade team arrived at the scene and began extinguishing the fire. The flames rising from the camp were visible from a distance, causing fear among the devotees.
5 Fire Engines Brought the Fire Under Control
Five fire engines brought the fire under control after considerable effort, preventing a major disaster. The fire brigade team stated that a short circuit is suspected to be the cause of the fire. No devotees were injured. Everyone is safe.
Shops Outside the Camp Also Destroyed by Fire
The fire brigade team reported that the fire spread to all the tents in the Narayan Shukla Dham camp. Everyone managed to escape safely in time. The fire also engulfed the shops located outside the devotee camp, reducing them to ashes. After extinguishing the fire, the fire brigade team conducted an inspection inside the camp.
