Samsung Smart TV down, users complaining on social media, company silent

New Delhi: Samsung Smart TV service has gone down. A large number of people are facing the problem and are constantly complaining. Be it social media platform X or Down Detector, people from all over the world are complaining about Samsung TV not working on both platforms.

Talking about Down Detect, more than 2500 people have complained about Samsung TV not working on this platform. About 80 percent of the people say that they are not able to access the apps on it.

At the same time, 13 percent of the people are facing login related problems. It is not clear why this problem is happening. Samsung has not officially given the reason for the TV not working.

No app is launching
Samsung TV users are complaining that they are not able to open any app on their smart TV. There are many users in India too who are facing such problems. The reason for the outage is not clear yet, but its main impact has been on American users. However, people are also constantly sharing TV related problems on Samsung’s EU community page.

On opening any app, the message ‘server under maintenance’ is visible. When the South Korean company’s TV did not work, people turned to social media and started sharing their experience. So far Samsung has not given any official information in this matter.

One user wrote on social media, ‘Can’t even watch TV tonight, because Samsung’s server is down.’ At the same time, another user wrote that Samsung’s server is down. Bought a new Samsung TV to replace a five-year-old TV, only to realize that the server is down.
