Several schools in Delhi, including DPS Dwarka and Sarvodaya Vidyalaya, have received bomb threats.

New Delhi. Several schools in Delhi have once again received emails containing bomb threats. These emails were sent to several schools in the Dwarka and Najafgarh areas. The schools that received the threats include DPS Dwarka, Krishna Model Public School, and Sarvodaya Vidyalaya.

Upon receiving the information, police and bomb disposal squads arrived at the scene. As a precaution, all students and staff were safely evacuated. A search operation is currently underway in the schools. Examinations are currently underway. The Delhi Fire Department received the first call from a school in Najafgarh at around 6:30 am. The police are investigating the matter.

Schools have been receiving bomb threats for several months.
For the past few months, schools in Delhi have been receiving bomb threats. These threats are delivered via email. Panic spreads after receiving the threats. Schools were evacuated. Bomb squad teams and police investigated, but nothing was found. It remains unclear who is making these false threats to Delhi schools.

More than 32 schools were targeted in August
Earlier in August, more than 32 schools in Delhi received bomb threat emails. Most of these schools were in Dwarka: Delhi Public School, BGS International Public School, Sri Venkateswara School, and Global School. Following the threat, DPS Dwarka closed the school for a day and sent the students home.
