There will be a ‘permanent solution’ to the sound of loudspeakers, CM Yogi will also keep a strict eye on the loud tune of DJ

    Varanasi: In the law and order review meeting in Varanasi, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has given instructions to ensure a permanent solution to the use of loudspeakers at religious places. Also, he also talked about strict control on the loud sound of DJ on Holi.

    Let us tell you that the campaign to remove unnecessary loudspeakers from religious places by the Yogi government is going on continuously. Loudspeakers are being removed by running a comprehensive campaign in UP from April 2022. This action was taken in many districts of the state including Lucknow, Meerut, Moradabad, Rampur, Varanasi, Gorakhpur.

    Strictness on DJ and loud sound
    According to the news, during the meeting in Varanasi, CM Yogi has also given instructions to pay attention to the loud noise of DJ on festivals like Holi. He told the officials that the sound level in religious and public events should be kept in accordance with the set standards, so that no one is inconvenienced and law and order is maintained.

    Instructions for special security on Holi
    During the law and order review meeting in Varanasi, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath gave instructions to ensure special security measures for Holi and Holika Dahan. He told the officials that full vigilance should be taken regarding the security of processions, public programs and religious places. CM Yogi has also given instructions for better traffic and crowd management, so that there is no chaos during Holi festival. He has asked the police administration to behave decently with the general public, devotees and visitors.


    Keep an eye on cow smugglers
    The CM has instructed to keep a close watch on cow smugglers. The Chief Minister also emphasized on fixing accountability for this. He said that cow smuggling is completely banned in the state. Whoever is found involved in this, be it a smuggler, vehicle owner or a person from the police administration, strict action should be taken against him.

    The Chief Minister directed ADG Zone Piyush Mordia to fix responsibility by reviewing district-wise for effective control over cow smuggling. Emphasizing on timely disposal of revenue related cases, he said that the employees who have been stuck on the same desk for a long time and are lax should be removed. Orders have been given to ensure timely disposal of complaints received on CM Helpline and IGRS portal on merit basis.

    Strict action will be taken against criminals
    To improve law and order, the Chief Minister has instructed to prepare a list of top-10 criminals at the police station level and take strict action against them. He also emphasized on making regular police patrolling and foot patrolling mandatory. The Chief Minister directed that the presence of police force should be ensured at all times at police booths and pink booths, so that any emergency can be dealt with. In the meeting, Police Commissioner Mohit Agarwal gave information about Holika Dahan, preparations for Holi procession, successful organization of Mahakumbh and implementation of three new laws. The Chief Minister laid special emphasis on giving top priority to law and order and making strict security arrangements to prevent any untoward incident during Holi.
