
Bhopal: On the eve of Independence Day, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav extended his greetings to the people of the state and highlighted the government’s focus on development, investment, economic growth, farmers’ welfare and public participation.
Paying tribute to the martyrs and freedom fighters who sacrificed their lives for the country’s independence, the Chief Minister said Independence Day is not only a festival of national pride but also an opportunity to reflect on the journey so far and plan for the future.
Festivals Bring Joy Across the State
CM Mohan Yadav noted that Independence Day coincides with the festive season, with Raksha Bandhan being celebrated this month, followed by Janmashtami and the traditional Ganesh Utsav.
He also expressed happiness over the good rainfall received across Madhya Pradesh, saying it has brought relief to farmers and the general public. He emphasized that the government and society are coming together to celebrate these festivals with enthusiasm across the state.
Investment and Development Gain Momentum
The Chief Minister highlighted several major development initiatives being undertaken in Madhya Pradesh with the support of the Central Government.
A PM MITRA Park is being developed in Dhar to boost the textile sector, while a telecom manufacturing zone is being established in Gwalior. He also pointed to rapid progress in the renewable energy sector and said investments are coming into several other areas of the state.
‘Development Caravan Will Keep Moving Forward’
CM Mohan Yadav expressed confidence that Madhya Pradesh’s development journey would continue to gain momentum with the active cooperation of its people.
He stressed that coordination between the government and society is essential to achieving sustainable development and creating new opportunities for the people of the state.
Extending his Independence Day greetings once again, the Chief Minister concluded his message with the call: “Bharat Mata Ki Jai.”
