Trump said on Putin’s offer regarding Iran – Solve your issues first, worry about the Middle East later

New Delhi: US President Donald Trump has reacted to Russian President Vladimir Putin on the Russia-Ukraine war and the Middle East crisis. Trump revealed that recently Putin contacted him and offered to mediate in the Israel-Iran crisis. But Trump replied bluntly to this and said – “First solve your Russia-Ukraine issue, worry about the Middle East later.”

Trump said in his usual style, “The Russia-Ukraine war is stupid, and if I were the president, it would never have happened. Putin would not even dare to do something like this.” Trump also added that “I spoke to Putin myself. He told me that he wants to mediate in the Israel-Iran issue. I told him – do one thing, first solve your mutual issue. Worry about the rest of the world later.”

Iran-Israel conflict is constantly increasing
Trump’s statement has come at a time when tensions between Israel and Iran are at their peak and the US has also increased its military presence in the region. On the other hand, the war between Russia and Ukraine has gone on for more than two years and the situation is getting worse instead of improving.

Trump also claimed that the real number of people killed in the Ukraine war is being hidden. He said, “A lot of people have died, much more than what is being told. A building collapses there and it is said that no one was injured, is this a joke?”

At the same time, it will be interesting to see how Putin reacts to this statement. As far as the solution to the Ukraine war is for Russia, the more complicated the Israel-Iran crisis is becoming.

Putin had made the offer
On Wednesday, Putin had offered to mediate in ending the conflict between Israel and Iran. Speaking at a roundtable session with journalists from international news agencies, Putin said “this is a delicate issue. In my view, a solution can be found.” Putin said he shared Moscow’s proposals with Iran, Israel and the United States.
