Big Change at Ayodhya Ram Mandir: VIP Pass System for Ram Darbar Abolished, Devotees Can Now Visit via General Queue

New Delhi: In a major relief for devotees visiting the Ayodhya Ram Mandir, the Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust has abolished the special pass system for Ram Darbar darshan. Under the new arrangement, pilgrims will no longer need a separate VIP or special pass to visit the Ram Darbar located on the first floor of the temple.

According to the revised system, devotees will first have darshan of Ram Lalla by joining the regular queue. After offering prayers to Ram Lalla, they can proceed directly to the Ram Darbar without any additional permission or pass.

Earlier, access to the Ram Darbar was available only through a limited number of special passes issued by the Trust, preventing many devotees from visiting the shrine. With the removal of this restriction, every devotee standing in the general queue will now have the opportunity to seek blessings at both Ram Lalla and the Ram Darbar.

The Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust said the decision has been taken to simplify the darshan process, reduce inconvenience for pilgrims, and ensure that a larger number of devotees can visit the Ram Darbar without facing additional formalities.

The new system is expected to make the pilgrimage experience smoother and more accessible, especially during periods of heavy footfall, by eliminating the need for separate permissions and streamlining the overall darshan process.
