Father had said- ‘Show how you can earn money yourself’, so BSc student reached to rob SBI after watching video on YouTube

Kanpur: Seeing his growing sons, any father tells them to earn money and fame. But this thing of his father struck a BSc student in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, so much that he immediately made a plan to rob a bank to earn money. For this, he started watching videos on YouTube. He kept a special eye on those videos in which the criminals had robbed banks on their own. After this, he reached to rob the bank after making a complete plan. But before that, he was caught by the bank employees.

This is the reality of the youth who reached to rob the bank on a bicycle with a pistol, knife, surgical blade, has come to the fore in the police investigation so far. The surprising thing is that the accused does not regret much on being caught, rather he went to jail showing full arrogance.

In fact, in Kanpur, on Saturday at around 10 am, a young man reached outside the State Bank of India, Patara branch in Ghatampur on a bicycle. After this, he entered the bank with a pistol, knife, shoja and surgical blade. When the guard stopped him, he attacked the guard with a knife.

After this, the bank manager, cashier and other bank employees controlled the young man with great difficulty and tied him with a rope. During this, three bank employees including the bank manager were injured. In this case, the accused young man was also injured, who was admitted to the hospital.

When the police questioned the accused after he regained consciousness and checked his mobile phone, a surprising act came to light. Actually, this young man named Lavish Mishra was doing ITI along with BSc third year. He wanted to earn money immediately, so he planned to rob the bank.

The accused’s elder brother Abhay Mishra works in a private company in Delhi and his father Awadhesh Mishra is a farmer. The family is not very rich in terms of money, so when he used to ask for money, many times his father used to say that he should start doing some work himself.

To earn money, the young man thought of adopting a shortcut method and started watching videos of bank robbery on YouTube. He had been watching videos of bank robbery on YouTube for the last one year. The special thing is that he had watched more of those videos in which someone had robbed the bank single-handedly.

After making this complete plan, he planned to rob the State Bank of Patara. To rob the bank single-handedly, the young man tied a surgical blade under the palm of his hands and tied a tack to his feet, then entered the bank directly with an open pistol and a knife in his hands.

The accused directly attacked the guard of the bank with a knife. Actually, the plan was that if I attack the guard first, then the entire bank will panic. At the same time, the accused had hung a bag on his back, in which he wanted to take money. However, before that the guard showed bravery and went ahead and controlled him with the help of bank employees.

ACP Ranjit Kumar says that the accused youth had come to the bank a day before on Friday, but he returned because of the large crowd that day. During police interrogation, he admitted to doing recce once or twice. He also claimed that some people had stopped him on the way and threatened him and prepared him to rob the bank, whereas he had gone alone to rob the bank.

The police asked the accused if he had a girlfriend? He denied it. The ACP says that every parent tells their children to earn money. His father had also said the same. But for this, he went to rob the entire bank. Now the police has sent the accused to jail.

Earlier, father Awadhesh Mishra also went to the police station with his family to meet his son, and he started telling them the same story that some people had stopped him on the way and forcibly sent him to rob the bank and threatened that if he did not go to rob, they would kill him. Whereas the family members also understood that he was lying.
