MP Congress leader challenges BJP MLAs to sing Vande Mataram

Bhopal: After a 10-hour debate on Vande Mataram in Parliament, it became a topic of widespread discussion. Meanwhile, a Madhya Pradesh Congress leader challenged BJP MLAs to sing Vande Mataram.

Congress spokesperson Abbas Hafeez said that when Kamal Nath’s government came to power in 2018-19, he made a rule to sing Vande Mataram. BJP MLAs from Bhopal also attended the meeting. When asked, he said, “But he couldn’t sing. There are many MLAs like Rameshwar Sharma. If you want to do BJP politics, do it well.”

He said that the RSS mouthpiece had opposed Jana Gana Mana. Members of the BJP’s organization, the RSS, burned our flags at many places in 1947. When Vande Mataram was being written, they were working to suppress and oppose the country’s independence movement. Once this matter has been raised, it will go a long way. I challenge the BJP to have all its MLAs sing Vande Mataram. If 70 percent of BJP MLAs sing Vande Mataram, I will agree.
