Lucknow: Samajwadi Party has expelled three MLAs from the party citing anti-party activities. The expelled MLAs include Abhay Singh from Gosaiganj, Rakesh Pratap Singh from Gauriganj and Manoj Kumar Pandey from Unchahar. The party has accused these MLAs of promoting communal and divisive politics as well as supporting anti-farmer, anti-women, anti-youth and anti-business policies.
In a statement posted from the Samajwadi Party handle, it was written, “Due to communal divisive negativity and supporting anti-farmer, anti-women, anti-business, anti-employee and anti-PDA ideology, contrary to the politics of socialist harmonious positive ideology, Samajwadi Party expels these MLAs from the party in public interest.”
The party further said that the time limit of the ‘grace period’ given to these people for change of heart has now been completed, the remaining time limit remains due to good behavior. Even in future, there will be no place in the party for ‘anti-people’ people and activities contrary to the basic ideology of the party will always be considered unforgivable.
The Samajwadi Party has made it clear that it will not tolerate any activity against its basic ideology and principles. The party has also said that it will take strict action against any member involved in anti-party activities. The expelled MLAs were given a chance to improve, but they failed to do so.
According to the Samajwadi Party, the party will not compromise on its ideology and principles. Any activity that goes against the core values of the party will be considered unacceptable. The SP says that the party’s decision to expel these MLAs reflects its commitment to uphold the party’s ideology and principles.
