Lashkar behind the Pahalgam attack, rebuked on False Flag narrative…UNSC members asked tough questions to Pakistan instead

  • May 06, 2025

New Delhi: After the terrorist attack in Pahalgam, Jammu and Kashmir on 22nd April, relations between India and Pakistan have reached rock bottom. Meanwhile, on Pakistan’s request, a meeting of the United Nations Security Council was held in a closed room. Pakistan was isolated during this meeting. According to sources, in a closed-door meeting with UNSC members, questions were raised on the narrative created by Pakistan about India. UN members outright rejected Pakistan’s False Flag narrative. Instead, questions were raised on the role of Pakistan’s terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba in the Pahalgam attack.

False Flag is a military action where a country, in a covert manner, intentionally damages its own property and human lives. Whereas it tells the world that its enemy country has done this. During this meeting, the member countries of the United Nations condemned the Pahalgam terrorist attack. Some members raised the issue of targeting tourists on the basis of religion. Some countries expressed concern over Pakistan’s missile test, calling it a provocative action. In this way, Pakistan’s efforts to internationalize the current situation failed. Not only this, the member countries also advised Pakistan to resolve its problems with India at the bilateral level. Pakistan was completely isolated during and after the meeting.

Let us tell you that the one and a half hour meeting held in a closed room in the UNSC on Monday afternoon did not yield any concrete result. The United Nations neither issued any official statement after this meeting nor any resolution was passed.
During the meeting, Pakistan’s permanent representative to the United Nations, Ambassador Asim Iftikhar, said that the purpose of achieving the UNSC meeting has been accomplished. He said that in this meeting, Pakistan also discussed resolving the issue of Jammu and Kashmir. This meeting took place after the warning given by United Nations Secretary-General Antonio Guterres, in which he said that the situation between India and Pakistan has reached the worst level in recent years.
